JENN MAHLIK
FOUNDER + CHIEF CONSULTANT
After 16+ years in corporate marketing, social media & partnerships for global retail brands, Jenn identified a need for businesses (and individuals) to have access to marketing and community coaching, relationship management, and integrated partnership marketing strategies — all rooted in trust, not transactions. With a diverse background ranging from influencers to event marketing to copywriting to social, Jenn loves to create omnichannel, intentional solutions to a brand’s community building and marketing challenges.
Jenn lives in a suburb of Minneapolis with her husband Ben, two girls (Harriet and Louise) and Sheepadoodle Eddie. She’s fueled by iced coffee, podcasts and all things wellness (don’t get her started on her favorite supplements or habit stacking).
SHEA O’BRIEN
COMMUNITY MANAGER
Shea brings a wealth of marketing, promotions, analytics and customer experience to the Millie team. She is passionate about deploying smart marketing strategies and creative storytelling to meet the unique needs of brands. She is energized when bringing exciting, forward-thinking ideas to life and strives to leave a positive impact in every aspect of her life through building meaningful connections.
Shea is from Wayzata, MN and has lived in Minnesota her whole life. She is an avid sports fan, passionate about handwritten notes and when the weather allows her to, she will go on long walks outdoors (preferably with good company).

Lindsey is a go-getter and known for bringing her optimistic and positive attitude to any workspace. She is passionate about all things marketing, data analytics, and relationship building. All things alike, she’s had the opportunity to grow these experiences through working with an array of brands throughout her years.
Lindsey is Fargo, ND born, raised, and proud. When she isn’t working, you’ll find her cooking dinner with her family, trying a new coffee shop with friends, or skiing.
